Irish Bloggers – Gather Round

Since I’ve started blogging I have come across hundreds upon hundreds of Irish Blogs that I didn’t know existed, and they’re really good blogs too. People blog about everything – photography, animals, baking, cooking, beauty, books, art, politics, gardening, crafty stuff and my favourites are the personal blogs, the windows into people’s lives. There’s a whole community out there that we don’t know the half of.

Anyway, we all have our online readers where we keep track of latest blog posts and we tweet and Facebook links left right and centre. Sometimes, these tend to be the same bloggers and we don’t tend to step outside of our box. So around the time of the Blog Awards Ireland I created two Pinterest Boards for blogs.

One board is dedicated to Irish Blogs so you can browse through it and see what tickles your fancy.

The second board is Latest Irish Blog Posts. I have set this up so that once you are invited to pin on the board you can pin your latest blog post. You can use it as much or as little as you like. It’s a nice way to connect with other bloggers and for people to read yours.

So, if you want me to add your blog to the Irish Blog Board, let me know (you don’t have to join Pinterest).

If you’re already on Pinterest and want to pin your latest blog posts to the Latest Irish Blog Posts board, start following me on Pinterest, let me know who you are by commenting below, Tweeting me or FaceBooking me.

If you are not on Pinterest, let me know and I can send you an invite.

Simples.

Happy Blogging and pinning!

  2. I’m not on Pinterest, but I do have a blog (although I’ve been so crazy busy these past couple of months with craft fairs that I’ve not blogged in a while…but I hope to get right back to doing so, soon). Thank you for the invite!

  7. Thank you! Which category is a toughie – I usually describe my blog as ramblings of nonsense. But seeing as there isn’t a category for that, maybe Lifestyle or Humour? I’d like to say Culture but that could be pushing it. Great idea, have found lots of new stuff to read!

    • Hi Cora! I can create a board of Ramblings if you like? In the meantime I will add you to personal? And you can let me know when you decide about the others. Have you gotten your invite to accept to pin on the Latest Irish Blog Posts boards?

  8. Hi Belle,
Thanks a mill! Have received invite and pinned most recent post. Am hoping this will encourage me to blog more regularly ie more than once every three – six months! I think Personal is the best home for me having looked at the others there. Thanks again for doing this!!!
